Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please note:

• Due to hygiene reasons, certain baby products cannot be returned once opened.
• Orders containing multiple items may have been shipped separately — please ensure all parcels have arrived before requesting a return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at mandlfindsshopify@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We aim to process refunds within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
